Josh is a Miami-based attorney focusing on corporate formation and financing, M&A, and other business transactions. He also helps to outsource general counsel services for startups, growth stage companies and mature businesses of various sizes.

A lifelong Floridian, Josh earned a joint J.D. and MSRE degree from the University of Florida and his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Miami.
